Refurbishment projects are a large percentage of our work, including the conversion of derelict buildings and houses. We can help and advise as to what is required should you wish to make alterations to your home.

We can carry out all the necessary structural alterations, with the advice of structural engineers and we can employ all the necessary approved tradespeople to complete the works to your satisfaction.

If your project involves alterations to a building of historical interest, we are happy to liaise with local building authorities to ensure that all works are carried out sympathetically and in accordance within agreed specification.
