One of our existing customers requested that we carry out an extensive refurbishment of their derelict farmhouse, which included the construction of a large extension. The existing property itself had to undertake substantial structural repairs including the installation of a reinforced concrete raft supporting all load bearing walls to the oldest part of the property and the construction of a concrete piled foundation for the new extension.
