We were first approached by our client to survey a cottage on the outskirts of Boston during an initial viewing. The detached property built circa 1890 was in need of extensive refurbishment and modernisation.
As the client had not appointed an architect or contract administrator we had to work closely with the client in order to outline a scope of works which suited their budget and timescale. Once the works and budget had been agreed, work commenced early December 2009.
The project was completed on budget and on time for our clients to move into the property at the end of April 2010. The following photographs show the project through various stages and have been kindly supplied by our client.
